Your membership gives you two eligible services each monthly billing cycle—and the flexibility to decide how to use them. Enjoy both during one visit or spread them across separate appointments. You don’t have to book both appointments at the same time.
Mix & match services from your plan, then book whenever it works for you within your billing cycle, subject to availability. Unused services do not roll over.
Let’s get you booked.
- Check your confirmation. Save the receipt Square emails after your membership purchase. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it.
- Choose your eligible services. Each plan includes two services per monthly billing cycle. See your plan below before selecting an appointment.
- Open BBB’s booking calendar. Select your eligible service, available provider, and appointment date and time. Complete the booking and check for your appointment confirmation.
- Tell our team you’re a member. Have your membership purchase confirmation available at your first visit so we can verify your benefits.
Appointments must be booked separately through BBB. Purchasing your membership does not automatically schedule an appointment. You’re welcome to book consistently with your preferred provider, subject to their availability. If an appointment is rescheduled or canceled, the same provider may not be available for your new appointment. Need help booking or unsure which service to select? Contact BBB before booking.

- Mix & match services from your plan’s eligible list.
- Use your two monthly services within the applicable billing cycle. Unused benefits do not roll over.
- Your monthly payment earns 1 loyalty point per $1. Every 100 points earns a $10 loyalty reward.
- Memberships are exclusive to the purchaser. Services and benefits cannot be shared with or transferred to another person.
- Join with no long-term commitment. You can cancel or pause your membership at any time. Contact BBB for help.
